Dan Tolbert is the school's single-season record holder for rebounds per game at 14.3 set during the 1966-67 season. He is the school's 6th all-time leading rebounder with 935, averaging 9.1 rebounds per game. 

Tolbert was named the team captain and MVP in 1967 and was a First Team All-Conference selection that same year, as awell as Second Team All-District and NAIA honorable mention All-America. Tolbert was a Second Team All-Conerence pick in 1967-68.
