Quincy University Hawks

Ammons, who starred for the Hawks from 2002-03, finished his two year career with 3100 yards and 25 touchdowns. He was named All-American in both 2002 and 2003 as well as All-Independent League Offensive Player of the Year in 2002. In addition to being the Hawks career rushing yardage leader Ammons also holds the top two spots in single season rushing yards and three of the top five single game rushing performances.
