Quincy University Hawks

Burk Bruninga ’93 was a catcher on the baseball team during his four-year career at Quincy (1990-93). A mainstay in the Hawks lineup during those four seasons, Bruninga ended his career scattered throughout the record books. He is second in career RBIs (154) and walks (109), and fourth in doubles (40) and home runs (25). Bruninga earned District Five Academic All-American honors in 1991 and the Mart Heinen Award in 1993. He was also named to the Dean’s List in 1990 and 1991.
