Reggie Bell was a star on the basketball court for the Quincy University Hawks.
In two seasons, Bell led the Hawks to the first NCAA Division II Tournament in school history in 1993-94.
At the time of his graduation, Bell was 24th on the all-time scoring list with 1,016 points.
Bell also grabbed 568 rebounds in his two-year career.
Also at the time of his graduation, Bell held the record with a 62.7 field goal percentage.
In 1992-93, Bell averaged 18.1 points, 9.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.1 blocked shots per game.
His senior season was even more impressive. Bell averaged a doubledouble with 18.8 points, 11.1 rebounds and 2.8 assists.
Bell was the first Hawks basketball player to receive All-Region honors and was twice named an honorable mention All-American in both 1992-93 and 1993-94.
Bell still holds the QU career record for scoring average with 18.5 points per game and field goal percentage at 64.1% (412-657)
