The 1994 women's soccer team was coached by Bill Postiglione and held a record of 13-4-1. Postiglione won the Central Region Coach of the Year as he led QU's 1994 squad to the program's first-ever NCAA DII Final Four. Quincy was led by Camie Bechtold, who recorded 22 goals in the '94 season. The Hawks made it to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since transitioning from NAIA and defeated Presbyterian 3-2 in overtime in the first round but were defeated by Regis 3-1 in the semifinal round. The 1994 team outscored their opponents 76-26 over the '94 season. The 76 goals scored set a new program record that still stands today. The team had one All-American (Carrie Bechtold), one player on the DII All-Tournament Team (Hackett), three players on the All-Central Region team (Carrie and Camie Bechtold, Hackett), two Adidas Second Team Scholar-Athletes (Carrie and Camie Bechtold), and two academic All-Americans (Carrie and Camie Bechtold).
