QUINCY, Ill. – The men's wrestling team hosted William Jewell College in Pepsi Arena on Wednesday, January 18^th in a GLVC duel. The Hawks picked up their first-ever GLVC win with the 33-19 decision over the Cardinals.

The Hawks were carried by the victories by pin from Mar-Trece Smith, Judah Yates and Kayden Garrett. Julian Solis picked a victory in the 157 pound match by an 8-6 decision.

QU returns to the mats next Wednesday, January 25^th as they travel to the University of Indianapolis for a 5:00 p.m. start.
