QUINCY, Ill. – The Quincy University women's soccer program has released its 2026 schedule as the Hawks look to build off one of their strongest seasons in recent years.
Quincy finished the 2025 season with a 10-4-4 overall record and a 9-2-3 mark in Great Lakes Valley Conference play under first-year head coach
Taylor Reis. The Hawks put together their best season since 2018, recorded their most conference wins since 2017, clinched their first GLVC Tournament appearance since the 2020-21 season and hosted a conference quarterfinal matchup for the first time since 2018.
Entering year two under Reis, the 2026 schedule features 17 total matches, including three non-conference contests and 14 GLVC matchups. The Hawks will play nine matches at Legends Stadium and eight on the road.

The Hawks open the season and the home schedule at Legends Stadium against Purdue Northwest. The two programs met for the first time last season in Hammond, Indiana, with the Pride taking a 3-2 victory in the season opener for both teams.
Purdue Northwest finished last season 6-11-2 overall and 4-10 in the GLIAC. The Pride also struggled away from home, posting a 2-6 road record.
Saturday, Aug. 29 | Davenport at Quincy
Quincy continues its opening homestand against Davenport, another GLIAC opponent. The all-time series between the Hawks and Panthers is even at 3-3-1 dating back to 2018, with Quincy winning last season's meeting 2-0 on the road.
Davenport finished last season 4-12-3 overall and 4-9-1 in conference play. Like Purdue Northwest, the Panthers struggled on the road, finishing 1-7 away from home.
Wednesday, Sept. 2 | Quincy at Pittsburg State
The Hawks hit the road for the first time with a trip to Pittsburg, Kansas, to take on Pittsburg State out of the MIAA. It will be the first all-time meeting between the two programs.
The matchup will serve as an early test for Quincy, as the Gorillas are coming off a strong season in just their second year as a program. Pittsburg State finished 14-4-2 overall and 9-1-2 in MIAA play while claiming the regular-season conference title.
Saturday, Sept. 5 | Quincy at McKendree
After closing the 2025 regular season against McKendree, the Hawks will open GLVC play against the Bearcats in 2026. Last year's meeting ended in a 0-0 draw at Legends Stadium.
McKendree earned a share of the GLVC regular-season title last season after finishing 13-2-6 overall and 11-1-2 in conference play. The Bearcats lead the all-time series 9-6-3 dating back to 2007. Quincy has not defeated McKendree outright since the 2020-21 season and has not won in Lebanon since 2012.
Wednesday, Sept. 9 | Indianapolis at Quincy
Quincy returns home for its GLVC home opener against Indianapolis. The Hawks defeated the Greyhounds 2-0 on the road last season, marking their first win over UIndy since 2017 and first road win in the series since 2011.
Dating back to 2010, Quincy leads the all-time series 5-4-7. Indianapolis finished tied for last in the GLVC last season with a 1-11-4 overall record and a 1-10-3 conference mark, while going 0-6-3 on the road.
Saturday, Sept. 12 | Missouri S&T at Quincy
The Hawks welcome Missouri S&T to Legends Stadium after earning a 2-0 win over the Miners last season. Quincy has won five straight meetings against Missouri S&T and has controlled the all-time series, holding a 30-10-4 record dating back to 1982.
Quincy has also been strong against the Miners at home, owning an 18-5 record in the series when playing in Quincy. Missouri S&T finished last season 9-6-4 overall and 6-5-4 in conference play, earning the No. 8 seed in the GLVC Tournament.
Wednesday, Sept. 16 | Quincy at Lewis
Quincy travels to Romeoville, Illinois, to take on Lewis after the two programs played to a 0-0 draw last season. The Hawks have had success in the all-time series, holding a 21-7-2 record against the Flyers dating back to 1988.
Quincy has won four of the last six meetings against Lewis. The Flyers finished last season 7-6-5 overall and 6-5-3 in the GLVC, earning the No. 7 seed in the conference tournament.
Saturday, Sept. 19 | Quincy at Rockhurst
The Hawks remain on the road for a battle of the Hawks against Rockhurst in Kansas City. Quincy won last season's matchup 2-1 and leads the all-time series 17-10-5 dating back to 2001.
Despite the overall series advantage, wins in Kansas City have been harder to come by, with Quincy holding a 4-8-4 road record against Rockhurst. RU finished last season 8-6-4 overall and 7-4-3 in the GLVC, earning the No. 6 seed in the conference tournament.
Wednesday, Sept. 23 | Illinois Springfield at Quincy
Quincy returns to Legends Stadium to face Illinois Springfield after defeating the Prairie Stars 3-1 in Springfield last season. The win marked the Hawks' first victory over UIS since 2020.
Dating back to 2009, Quincy leads the all-time series 12-4-2 and has lost just once at home against the Prairie Stars. Illinois Springfield finished last season 5-9-3 overall and 4-8-2 in conference play, placing 10th in the GLVC standings.
Saturday, Sept. 26 | William Jewell at Quincy
The Hawks continue their homestand against William Jewell after rolling to a 3-0 victory over the Cardinals at Legends Stadium last season. Quincy has dominated the all-time series, holding a 12-3-1 record dating back to 2011.
The Hawks are also undefeated against William Jewell at home, owning a 7-0 record in Quincy. The Cardinals finished last season 2-11-4 overall and 2-9-3 in GLVC play while going 1-6-1 on the road.
Wednesday, Sept. 30 | Quincy at Missouri-St. Louis
Quincy closes September on the road against Missouri-St. Louis, one of the top teams in the GLVC and the region last season. The Tritons shared the GLVC regular-season title with McKendree after finishing 15-5-2 overall and 11-1-2 in conference play before advancing all the way to the NCAA quarterfinals.
Last season's meeting was a heartbreaker for the Hawks, as UMSL scored on a penalty kick in the final 10 minutes to earn a 2-1 win. The Tritons have won five straight meetings against Quincy and lead the series 8-7-1 dating back to 2010.
Saturday, Oct. 3 | Quincy at Drury
One of the most anticipated matches on the schedule comes on Oct. 3, when the Hawks travel to Drury for a rematch with the team that ended their 2025 season.
Drury defeated Quincy 1-0 during the regular season before returning to Legends Stadium and knocking the Hawks out of the GLVC Tournament with a 2-0 quarterfinal win. Quincy has not defeated Drury since 2019 and is 0-4-2 in the last six meetings.
The Hawks still lead the all-time series 10-8-2 dating back to 2007. Drury finished last season 10-3-8 overall and 8-1-5 in conference play before winning the GLVC Tournament as the No. 5 seed.
Wednesday, Oct. 7 | Maryville at Quincy
Quincy returns home to face Maryville after the two programs played to a 1-1 draw at Legends Stadium last season. The Hawks are 0-3-2 in the last five meetings against the Saints, with their last win in the series coming in 2021.
Maryville leads the all-time series 7-6-3. The Saints finished last season 13-3-6 overall and 9-1-4 in GLVC play, good for third in the conference standings. Maryville also won two NCAA Tournament matches before falling to UMSL.
Saturday, Oct. 10 | Southwest Baptist at Quincy
The Hawks host Southwest Baptist after defeating the Bearcats 2-0 last season in Bolivar, Missouri. Quincy leads the all-time series 10-4-2 dating back to 1993.
Southwest Baptist has had some success in Quincy, with three of its four all-time wins over the Hawks coming on the road. The Bearcats finished last season 3-12-3 overall and 1-10-3 in GLVC play while going 0-7-3 away from home.
Wednesday, Oct. 14 | Upper Iowa at Quincy
Quincy's final home match of the regular season comes against Upper Iowa. The Hawks defeated the Peacocks 2-0 last season and are 2-0-1 in the first three meetings between the programs.
Upper Iowa finished last season 4-12-2 overall and 2-11-2 in conference play. Quincy will look to close its home schedule strong before finishing the regular season with two road contests.
Sunday, Oct. 18 | Quincy at Lincoln
The Hawks travel to Jefferson City, Missouri, to face Lincoln in the second-to-last match of the regular season. Quincy defeated Lincoln 4-2 last season in the second all-time meeting between the programs.
The Hawks have won both meetings against the Blue Tigers and have scored eight goals across those two contests. Lincoln finished tied for last in the GLVC last season with a 1-10-4 overall record in its second season as a program.
Wednesday, Oct. 21 | Quincy at Truman State
Quincy closes the regular season on the road against Truman State. The Hawks defeated the Bulldogs 2-0 last season, but still trail the all-time series 16-14-6 dating back to 1984.
A win in Kirksville would be a major breakthrough for Quincy, as the Hawks have not defeated Truman State on the road since 1998. The Bulldogs finished last season 5-6-5 overall and 5-5-4 in GLVC play, placing ninth and finishing just outside the GLVC Tournament field.
With the bulk of the roster returning, along with a group of newcomers and freshmen looking to make an immediate impact, Quincy will enter 2026 with high expectations in year two under Reis. After a strong 2025 campaign, the Hawks will look to continue climbing in the GLVC and build on the momentum created last fall.
