Taylor Reis enters his second season as head coach of the Quincy University women’s soccer program in 2026 after leading the Hawks to one of their best seasons in recent history during his first year at the helm.
In 2025, Reis guided Quincy to a 10-4-4 overall record and a 9-2-3 mark in GLVC play. The Hawks recorded their first double-digit win season since 2018, finished fourth in the conference standings, and hosted a GLVC Tournament match for the first time since 2018.
Reis became the sixth head coach in program history after spending six seasons as an assistant coach with the Quincy men’s soccer program. He spent four seasons as a full-time assistant after serving his first two years as a graduate assistant. During his time on the men’s staff, the Hawks posted four seasons with a .500 record or better and produced eight All-GLVC selections, including GLVC Freshman of the Year Kingsford Adjei.
Before joining the collegiate coaching staff, Reis also served as a student assistant coach for the Hawks during his final year as a student. That same year, he helped coach Quincy Notre Dame High School’s boys’ soccer team to the Class 1A State Championship.
A former standout for the Hawks, Reis played for Quincy from 2014-16 and totaled 22 goals and 61 points during his three-year career. He was a two-time First Team All-GLVC selection, a two-time NSCAA/United Soccer Coaches Division II All-Region honoree, and the 2015 GLVC Offensive Player of the Year. As a freshman, Reis earned Third Team All-GLVC honors and helped lead Quincy to the NCAA Division II Final Four.
Reis is a two-time graduate of Quincy University, earning his bachelor’s degree in marketing before completing his MBA in 2021.
