Presented by Quincy University Soccer, the Hawks Soccer Camp for kids ages 5-8 (Junior Hawks) and 9-13 (Hawks) provides one-hour sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Our goal is to nurture a love of the game in youth soccer players of all ages, while building relationships between Quincy Soccer players and those who would view them as role models.
These camps will be organized and coached by the Quincy University Soccer coaches and players.
Samuel Thomas is the head coach of the Women's Soccer team and has been coaching college soccer and youth camps alike since 2012. Thomas, a St Louis native, loves spreading his passion for soccer.
Mackenzie Bellows is the assistant coach of the Women's Soccer team and has been playing high level soccer since she was 5. Bellows, a native of Canada, played at Division 1 Jacksonville State University and has been coaching all levels (youth through college) since she graduated in 2016.
Camps run 6-7 pm and will consist of activities, skills, and games organized by the QU Coaches and Players. Campers will need to bring a ball, water bottle, and shin guards. Campers will receive a Hawks Soccer Camp T-Shirt and free entry to any one home Quincy Women's Soccer game.
