PERU, Ind. – The Quincy University women's golf team wrapped up postseason play at the GLVC Championship on April 17-18 at Rock Hollow Golf Club. Playing on the par-72, 5,918-yard course, the Hawks finished ninth out of 13 teams with a three-round total of 994 (+130).

Lily Vardaman paced Quincy throughout the tournament, recording back-to-back rounds in the 70s to open play. Vardaman shot a 78 in round one before following with a 77 in round two. She closed with an 81 in the final round to finish tied for 17th overall with a three-round total of 236 (+20). Vardaman totaled five birdies across the tournament.

Addi Eades turned in a strong showing, finishing tied for 37th with a total score of 248 (+32). Eades opened with an 80 after carding a tournament-low 37 on the back nine before responding with a 78 in round two. She highlighted the second round with an eagle on the par-5 10th hole and finished the event with five birdies and one eagle.

Laci Novosel rounded out Quincy's top three scorers, finishing tied for 51st with a total of 258 (+42). Novosel opened with a 78 that included a 36 on the back nine and two birdies before adding rounds of 91 and 89.

Kiley Torres finished tied for 56th overall with a three-round total of 261 (+45). Torres opened the tournament with an 81 and followed with rounds of 92 and 88.

Payton Miller finished tied for 58th with a total score of 262 (+46), highlighted by an 84 in round two.

Maddie O'Brien rounded out the Hawks lineup, placing 73rd with a total score of 291 (+75).

As a team, Quincy opened with a 317 in round one before shooting 330 and 347 over the final two rounds to finish ninth in the conference standings.
