Quincy University Hawks

2024-25 (Sophomore): In her second season with the Hawks, Eades appeared in all 10 tournaments for a total of 25 rounds, where she averaged 84.1 strokes per round. Her top finish of the season came during the Kentucky Wesleyan Invitational, where she shot a 157 (+13), which was good for 14th place out of 59 total golfers.

2023-24 (Freshman): As a freshman, Eades golfed in all ten tournaments for the Hawks, totaling 22 rounds. She had an average of 84.9 strokes per round and had a top-ten finish at the Flyer Spring Invitational, where she finished 6th out of 45 total golfers.

Personal: Addison "Addi" Eades is from Springfield, Illinois, and a graduate of Sacred Heart-Griffin High School, where she competed for the Cyclones. A dedicated student-athlete, she was involved in Key Club, Student Ambassadors, and Christmas Club. She also served as a Freshman Orientation Leader while maintaining a spot on the Honor Roll/High Honor Roll for all four years.

On the golf course, Addi earned numerous accolades, including being named 2022 SJR Golfer of the Year. She contributed to a 3rd place team finish at the state tournament in her freshman year and was a three-time All-Conference selection. In her senior season, she excelled in multiple tournaments, tying for first at the Rocket Invite, tying for second at the Normal Invite and conference tournament, and finished seventh at regionals. She also helped lead her team to victory at the U-High Tournament (T5th as an individual) and sectionals (5th as an individual).

Beyond golf, Addi enjoys arts & crafts, sewing, cooking, baking, and spending time with friends. She proudly supports the Chicago Cubs. Addi is the daughter of Michelle and Scott Eades and the sister of Emily. 

Why QU?
I chose QU because it was close to home and it allowed me to golf at the next level with great competition. I also liked the campus and coaching staff when I came to visit.
