2024-25 (Sophomore): Did not see action.

2023-24 (Freshman): In her first season with the Hawks, Miller golfed in three tournaments, for a total of six rounds, where she had an average of 94.5 strokes per round.

Personal: Miller is from Lewistown, Illinois, and a graduate of Highland High School, where she competed for the Cougars. She was actively involved in the National Honor Society, Band, Color Guard, Art Club, and FCA, demonstrating both academic and extracurricular excellence.

Payton participated in golf, softball, track, and cheerleading. She earned Class 2A All-District honors in golf and was a 2023 State Qualifier. On the softball field, she was recognized as an All-Region Pitcher and set school records for most doubles in a season and most doubles in a career.

Outside of athletics, Miller enjoys photography, art, and reading. Her favorite athletes to Peyton Manning, Yadier Molina, and Jordan Spieth, and is a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, and St. Louis Blues. Payton is the daughter of Lori and Kevin Miller. She also has two siblings, Brooke and Anthony.
