Bolivar, MO – The Quincy University men's golf team concluded their 2025 season with a determined showing at the GLVC Championship, held Sunday through Tuesday (April 20–22) at Silo Ridge Country Club in Bolivar, Missouri. Battling through a tough field of 13 teams, the Hawks secured an 11th-place finish with a team score of 910 (309-305-296).
Leading the way for Quincy was Glenn Sutton, who steadily improved throughout the tournament and fired a closing-round 71 to finish at 223 (78-74-71), tying for 28th overall. Jack Driscoll followed closely behind, carding rounds of 77, 72, and 75 for a 224 total and a share of 33rd place. Ryan Kruse contributed a 228 (77-78-73) to tie for 41st, while Rilee West tied for 65th with a three-round score of 237 (77-83-77). Griffin Taylor rounded out the team scoring, tying for 71st at 243 (84-81-78).
Competing individually, Ryan Bollinger also tied for 71st with a 243 of his own (83-85-75), highlighted by a strong finish in the final round.
Despite a challenging field and conditions, the Hawks showed resilience and closed the season with a solid effort at the conference championship. With valuable experience gained and momentum heading into the offseason, Quincy will look to build on this year's foundation moving forward.
