Quincy University Hawks

2024-25 (Senior): As a senior, West saw action in all nine tournaments, where he led the team with an average of 75.9 strokes per round across 23 rounds. He led the Hawks in four different tournaments and had a third-place finish in the Kansas City Cup, where he shot a 219 (+3) across three rounds.

2023-24 (Junior): West golfed in nine of the ten tournaments the Hawks participated in, totaling 21 rounds and averaged 76.7 strokes per round. He had a first place finish at the QU Invite, where he shot a 148 (+8).

2022-23 (Sophomore): In his first season with the Hawks, West golfed in all ten tournaments for a total of 24 rounds. He totaled 1903 strokes for an average of 79.3 strokes per round. His top finish came during the Culver-Stockton Invitation, in which he finished second place after shooting a 150 (+6). Rilee had another top-five finish during the Quincy University Invite, where he finished fourth, shooting a 147 (+7).

Personal: West is from Barry, Illinois, where he graduated from Western High School. Rilee spent one year at Lincoln College before transferring to Quincy. He is a devoted sports fan who roots for the St. Louis Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams. Rilee is the son of Laura and Jeff West.

Why QU?
I chose QU because I liked what the golf program had to offer, and it was close to home. QU also had the major that I wanted to pursue.
