INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) announced its 2025-26 Women's Indoor Track & Field Preseason Coaches' Poll on Tuesday, with the Quincy University Hawks earning 23 points to place 14th in the league standings.
The Hawks enter their third season under head coach Doug Savage, who continues to guide the growth of the young program. Quincy looks to build upon its foundation and take another step forward this winter, with a roster that features a mix of returners and newcomers eager to make an impact on the GLVC stage.
Lewis University was selected as the preseason favorite after winning its sixth straight conference championship and 12th overall last season. The Flyers earned 168 points and 12 first-place votes, followed by Lincoln in second with two first-place votes and 149 points, and Indianapolis in third with 141 points.
Quincy will open its 2025-26 indoor season on December 5–6, traveling to Davenport, Iowa, for the Frigid Bee Invite, hosted by St. Ambrose University.
