Kansas City, Mo. - United Soccer Coaches (USC) announced on Tuesday afternoon (Dec. 10) the Division II All-Region listings for men's and women's soccer.
Leo Cann was the lone Hawk honored on the list, tabbing a third team spot.
The Quincy native had a standout freshman campaign, leading the Hawks with four goals, two assists, and ten points over the 17-game season.
Cann's first goal of the season was the tying goal against the eventual Great Lakes Valley Conference regular season champion Lewis University. Cann went on to tab an assist and an exciting goal at Truman State, taking the ball off the Bulldogs' keeper and taking it all the way to the net. Cann is also credited for the game-winning goal over Southwest Baptist University in October.
The last Hawks to be honored by the USC were Aubrey Reis and Kingsford Adjei in 2018 after a 8-9-2 season and a finish in the GLVC quarterfinals.
