KANSAS CITY, Mo.- The Quincy University Men's Lacrosse team traveled to Kansas City, Missouri to face off against the #19 Colorado Mesa University on Saturday (March 4th). The Hawks would lose this one 21-7. 

Colorado Mesa would score the first goal of the match in the 10:08 minute mark and would not look back. They would end up scoring 6 goals in the first quarter. Quincy would have 5 shots in the first quarter with three of them being on goal. 

The Hawks would score their first goal of the match in the second quarter when Jayme Brain found the back of the net with 5:37 remaining in the quarter. Gage Evans would score a goal before the end of the half to cut the deficit to 9-2 heading into the half. 

Quincy University would let up two goals to start the quarter but Jayme Brain would score his second goal of the day at the 12 minute mark. Jayme Brain would score his third goal of the day in the fourth quarter. This would be the last goal of the day for Quincy as they end up losing this one 21-7.
