ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – The Hawks hit the road for the first time in MIVA play this season as they traveled to the Lewis University Flyers on Wednesday, February 15^th. The Flyers, who are receiving votes in the latest national polls, swept the Hawks (25-16, 25-19, 25-17).

Raje Alleyne led the Hawk offensive with 12 kills on 26 attempts for a .384 attack percentage. Jonas Holzinger dished out 26 assists in the defeat.

As a team, QU collected 31 kills on 70 attempts with 9 errors for a .314 attack. On the other side, the Flyers hit .493 for the match with 40 kills on 69 attempts with 6 errors.

The Hawks will remain on the road on Friday, February 17^th when they travel to Lebanon, Illinois for a match against the McKendree University Bearcats at 7:00 p.m.
