PLAYOFF PICTURE: The Lady Hawks enter the weekend with a guaranteed berth in the playoffs.  They will be playing on Sunday, March 1, but we still do not know where.  Right now there are four teams who have secured the first round bye (Lewis, Drury, Wisconsin-Parkside, and Southern Indiana.)  Those teams will be booking their hotels in St. Charles, Mo.  Then, there are eight teams with a 7-8, or 8-7 GLVC record who are still sorting out the rest of the seeds.  If Quincy wins out they can be as high as fifth.  They can also finish as low as 12th.  If the Lady Hawks finish in the top-eight they will be hosting a game in Pepsi Arena on March 1.  If they finish 9 thru 12 they will be traveling for the first round of the GLVC Championship Tournament.  The Lady Hawks play Missouri-St. Louis (8-7 GLVC), Maryville (7-8 GLVC), and Truman State (8-7 GLVC) in their last three games.  There are loads of playoff implications for all three teams.  The playoff picture might not clear up until the horn has sounded next Thursday in Pepsi Arena.
