Lauren Hoolahan enters her first season as a graduate assistant with the Quincy University women's soccer program in 2026.
Hoolahan comes to Quincy after serving as a goalkeeper coach with Coppermine Soccer Club and an assistant coach at Gerstell Academy during the 2025-26 season. She also spent four years as a goalkeeper coach with Freedom Soccer Club from 2021-25.
A native of East Northport, New York, Hoolahan enjoyed a decorated four-year playing career as a goalkeeper at McDaniel College from 2021-25. She helped the Green Terror capture the 2021 Centennial Conference Championship and reach the second round of the NCAA Tournament in 2021, 2023, and 2024.
Individually, Hoolahan was a two-time First Team All-Centennial Conference and First Team All-Region IV selection in 2023 and 2024. She capped her collegiate career by earning United Soccer Coaches All-America honors in 2024 after leading the Centennial Conference in save percentage. Hoolahan was also a two-time United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American in 2023 and 2024.
Hoolahan graduated from McDaniel College in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a minor in kinesiology and sports coaching. Outside of soccer, Hoolahan enjoys hiking and reading and is a fan of the New York Islanders.
