Quincy University Hawks

2025 (Senior): Packer appeared in all seven games during his first season with the Quincy sprint football team, putting together one of the best individual defensive seasons in program history. He led the Hawks and set the Quincy single-season record with 85 total tackles, while also leading the team with 38 solo stops and setting another program record with 47 assists.

Packer also totaled 8.5 tackles for loss, three interceptions, five pass breakups, one quarterback hurry, and one blocked kick. He added four rushing attempts for 43 yards on offense. Packer recorded double-digit tackles in five games, including 14 tackles and two tackles for loss in his collegiate debut against Calumet (9/13/25). His top performance came against Bellarmine (10/5/25), where he set the Quincy single-game record with 21 tackles. He also recorded the first interception of his career against Midway (9/27/25).

Personal: Packer is from North Little Rock, Arkansas, where he attended North Little Rock High School and competed for the Wildcats. A standout on the football field, he was recognized as the No. 3 linebacker in the state while earning All-State and All-Conference honors.

Packer also competed in wrestling during his high school career, earning All-Conference honors on the mat. Outside of athletics, Donnell enjoys playing video games, spending time outdoors, and listening to music. His favorite athletes are Bo Nickal and Ray Lewis, and he is a fan of the Baltimore Ravens.
