Tyler Krietemeyer enters his first season with the Quincy University sprint football program in 2026 as defensive coordinator and defensive line coach.
Krietemeyer comes to Quincy after serving as defensive coordinator at Palmyra R-I. During his tenure, he helped lead the program to three state semifinal appearances over a seven-year span while developing numerous All-State players who went on to compete at the NCAA Division I and Division II levels.
Prior to his time at Palmyra, Krietemeyer also coached at Scotland County R-I. In addition to his football background, he has worked with several high school wrestlers who went on to capture state championships.
A native of Palmyra, Missouri, Krietemeyer is a graduate of Truman State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in history and a master's degree in education.
Outside of football, Krietemeyer enjoys spending time with his family and working on his family's farm. He and his wife, Kindra, have been married for nine years and have two children, Charli and Tripp. He is also a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
