Career: Mueller spent four seasons with the Hawks, making 54 appearances with four starts. He finished his career with a 5-4 record, four saves, and a 6.65 ERA across 89.1 innings pitched. Mueller also posted a 1.58 WHIP and recorded 65 career strikeouts.

2026 (Senior): Mueller made 13 appearances with four starts during his senior season, beginning the year in the bullpen before transitioning into the starting rotation due to injuries. He posted a 2-1 record with two saves across 36.0 innings pitched, finishing with a 6.25 ERA, 1.64 WHIP, and 27 strikeouts while holding opponents to a .261 batting average.

Mueller made the first start of his collegiate career against McKendree (4/3/26), throwing four innings while allowing two runs and striking out a career-high six batters. His first win as a starter came against William Jewell (4/18/26), when he tossed six scoreless innings in an 8-0 victory.

2025 (Junior): Mueller made 17 appearances out of the bullpen during his junior season, eight of which were scoreless. He posted a 2-3 record across 20.2 innings pitched, finishing with a 7.84 ERA, 1.60 WHIP, and 15 strikeouts while walking just seven batters.

Mueller earned a win against Colorado School of Mines (3/1/25) after tossing two scoreless innings and picked up another victory against Maryville (4/25/25) with 1.2 scoreless frames.

2024 (Sophomore): Mueller made 24 appearances out of the bullpen during his sophomore season, 10 of which were scoreless. He totaled 33.2 innings, posting a 1-0 record with one save and a 6.34 ERA while striking out 23 batters and issuing just 11 walks.

Mueller made his collegiate debut against North Georgia (2/18/24) and earned the first win of his career in game two against McKendree (4/27/24). His first career save came in game one against Southwest Baptist (4/20/24), when he recorded the final two outs in a 4-2 victory.
