Biography

Personal: Kaloyan Mirtchev is from Evanston, Illinois, and attended Evanston Township High School. He is the son of Luben Mirtchev and Katarina Jaksic and has a sibling, Jovana. During his senior year, Mirtchev earned Academic Honor Roll recognition while also being named All-State and All-Conference. Outside of athletics, he enjoys spending time with friends and playing basketball. His favorite athlete is Nikola Jokic, and he is a fan of the Chicago Bulls, Chicago Bears, and Chicago Cubs.
