Scottie Dorangrichia enters his first season as an assistant coach with the Quincy University men's volleyball program in 2027 after previously serving the Hawks as a student assistant and volunteer assistant during the 2025-26 academic year.
Dorangrichia transitioned into coaching following a three-year playing career with the Hawks from 2022-24. The Milwaukee, Wisconsin native competed as a libero during his time at Quincy before remaining with the program and beginning his coaching career.
Dorangrichia graduated from Quincy University in 2025 with a bachelor's degree in sport management.
Outside of volleyball, Dorangrichia enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Aristotle and Badger, and playing basketball and volleyball. He is a fan of the Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Brewers, New York Giants, and Real Madrid.
Dorangrichia credits his mother, Cathy, as a major inspiration in his life, admiring her strength and work ethic.
