2025 (Redshirt Freshman at John Wood CC): In his lone season at John Wood, Rodriguez made 15 appearances and totaled 23.1 innings, posting a 3.86 ERA and a 1.46 WHIP while striking out 26 batters against 15 walks. He made his collegiate debut against Culver–Stockton JV (2/25/25), tossing one scoreless inning with two strikeouts in a 13–3 victory. Rodriguez earned his first career win against Danville Area (3/22/25), throwing 1.1 scoreless innings with three strikeouts in a 7–6 win.

2024 (Freshman at Iowa Western CC): Did not see action.

Personal: Jared Rodriguez is from Addison, Illinois, and attended Harvest Christian Academy, where he played for the Lions. He spent one season at Iowa Western Community College and one season at John Wood Community College before transferring to Quincy University. Rodriguez is the son of Eligio and Yolanda Rodriguez and has a brother, Giovanni.

Outside of baseball, he enjoys golfing, playing video games, and watching baseball. Rodriguez has a unique talent in that he can name every U.S. president in order from start to finish. His favorite athletes include Clayton Kershaw and Pedro Martínez. He is a fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago Bears, and Chicago Bulls. Rodriguez also enjoys karaoke.
