QUINCY, Ill. – Quincy University football returns to QU Stadium for the first time this season on Saturday, September 5, as the Hawks host Roosevelt University for their 2026 home opener.
Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 PM. The game was originally scheduled for 1:00 PM before being moved to the evening due to the extreme heat expected in the Quincy area.
Saturday will also serve as Military Appreciation Day at QU Stadium, with military veterans receiving free admission with a valid military ID.
Game Day Timeline
The Tailgate Lot and Casino Parking Lot will open at 3:30 PM, giving fans three hours before kickoff to arrive and prepare for the home opener.
Gates to QU Stadium will open at 5:30 PM, one hour prior to kickoff.
Tickets and Seating
Fans will have three seating options available Saturday:
- General admission bleachers on the Quincy sideline
- Chairback seating on the Quincy sideline
- General admission bleachers on the visiting sideline
General admission ticket prices are $10 for adults ages 13-59, while children 12 and under are admitted free.
Senior citizens and military veterans are normally admitted for $7, but as part of Saturday's Military Appreciation Day, veterans will receive free admission with a valid military ID.
Chairback seats are available for $15.
