BARTLESVILLE, Okla. – The Quincy University men's tennis team wrapped up its spring break road trip on a high note, shutting out Oklahoma Wesleyan 4-0 on Thursday afternoon (Mar. 20) at BHS.

The Hawks (8-5) came out strong in doubles play, securing the point with a dominant performance across all three courts. Gerard Abad Puig and Marko Cucuk set the tone at No. 3 doubles with a 6-0 win, followed by a 6-1 victory from Inigo Villacampa and Joseph Restrepo at No. 1. The No. 2 duo of Gianni Lopez and Rodrigo Coello Trevino sealed the sweep with a 6-2 result.

In singles action, Quincy continued its control with straight-set victories in the top three spots. Lopez finished first at No. 3, shutting out his opponent 6-0, 6-0. Villacampa followed at No. 1 with a dominant 6-0, 6-1 performance, and Restrepo clinched the match at No. 2, winning 6-2, 6-3.

With the team victory secured, the remaining singles matches were left unplayed, giving the Hawks a 4-0 victory on the day and 2-1 finish on the spring break road trip.
