LEXINGTON, Ky. - Quincy University women's volleyball standouts Susanna Beretti and Elena Kasavica were both recognized by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) as All-Americans, as Beretti earned Third Team honors and Kasavica was named an Honorable Mention selection.

Beretti, who received AVCA Honorable Mention recognition a season ago, elevated her status with another dominant campaign as a junior, solidifying herself among the nation's elite with a Third Team selection. The dynamic outside hitter finished the season with 534 kills, ranking second in single-season program history, while averaging 4.81 kills per set. Both totals ranked among the top five in NCAA Division II, underscoring her place as one of the most feared attackers in the country. With her selection, Beretti becomes just the third Hawk in program history to earn AVCA All-America (First, Second, or Third Team) honors.

Kasavica followed with another outstanding campaign orchestrating the Hawks' offense, as the sophomore from Belgrade, Serbia, earned AVCA Honorable Mention All-America recognition. She becomes the sixth player in Quincy history to garner All-American status. One of the nation's premier setters, Kasavica dished out 1,286 assists on the season, averaging 11.59 assists per set, with both numbers ranking in the top 10 nationally.

Behind the leadership and production of Beretti and Kasavica, Quincy women's volleyball continued its historic rise, securing its fourth consecutive season with 20 or more wins and a fourth straight NCAA Tournament appearance. Their All-America honors serve as a testament not only to individual excellence but also to the continued ascent of Hawks volleyball on the national stage.
