SAINT AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The Hawks continued their spring break trip in the south squaring off against the Flagler College Saints on Tuesday, March 14th. With a minute left in overtime, Jayme Brain brought the ball around the left side of the net and ripped a shot to beat the Flagler goalie for the 12-11 win. 
Blaine Lowrance got the scoring started for the Hawks at the 9:31 mark of the first quarter on a feed from Brain. This was the lone goal of the opening stanza. After Flagler scored the next two goals, Donald Griffith tied the contest at 2. Mason Marano gave the Hawks the 3-2 lead with under five minutes to go in the half. 
From late in the 2nd quarter, to the middle part of the third, the Saints scored 5 unanswered goals to go up 7-3. After a timeout, the Hawks went on a 4-0 run of their own, including three consecutive goals by Jordan Ernst to tie the contest at 7. 
A goal by Nick Woodworth gave QU the 9-8 lead with 6:26 to go in regulation. After the Saints took the 10-9 lead, Brain tied it up with three minutes to play. The Hawks had the 11-10 lead after Marano scored with 2:54 left. Flagler tied it with 100 seconds left to force overtime. 
After hitting a few posts, Jayme Brain sent everyone home as he ended the game with 59 seconds left in the first overtime.
