Set One

Quincy jumped out to the early advantage, leading it 7-3. Lewis fought back to take an 8-7 lead before both sides traded kills until the midpoint of the set. The Hawks used a three-point run at 13-13 to move ahead 16-13 on kills from Susanna Beretti and Emma Wijnbergen

QU maintained the lead until a four-point run from Lewis at 14-11 gave the Flyers their first lead since 4-3, moving ahead 15-14. The Hawks hung around, answering each LU run with an equalizing one of their own until the Flyers took four of the final five points at 21-21 to take the set 25-22.

Set Three

QU used a three-point run to create some seperation at 17-14, only to be answered by a five-point rally from the LU to trail 19-17. Quincy stayed solid, taking five of the next six on kills from Pavan and three straight kills from Matzke to make it 22-20.

The Flyers threatened, pulling within a point at 23-22, but an error and a kill from Wijnbergen solidified a 25-22 victory in the third set.
