Quincy, IL - The Quincy University men's volleyball team welcomed Ball State University, Friday (Mar. 25). The Hawks lost all three sets against Ball State, hitting a low .176 hitting percentage.
The Hawks offense was led by Raje Alleyne who recorded 11 kills on 18 attempts and finished with a .556 hitting percentage. Next was Cooper Coleman with five kills in eight attempts to accumulate a .714 hitting percentage.Â
Jonas Holzinger helped Quincy's offense and recorded a total of 24 assists and three digs. The Hawks put up a big fight during the last set but their efforts were not enough as the Cardinals scored three consecutive points to take the lead and win the game.
Hawks will resume tomorrow Saturday (Mar. 26) against Ohio State University at 7:00 P.M. in Pepsi Arena.Â
