ST. CHARLES, MO. – The Quincy University Hawks travelled to St. Charles, Missouri to face Lindenwood University and fell short in four sets 17-25, 18-25, 25-19, 21-25. 
After losing two straight sets to open the match, the Hawks showed a flash of momentum in the third set and recorded a .316 hitting percentage to win 25-19. This was Quincy's best set of the night, but it was not enough to get past the Lions. QU hit a .151 percentage with seven total blocks in the game. Emily Rehagen recorded 16 kills and 12 digs, Mattie Norris had 11 kills and 13 digs, and Makayla Knoblauch sent out 37 assists with ten digs.
The Hawks' road trip to St. Louis will continue as they take on Maryville University tomorrow (Mar. 27) at 6:00 P.M.
