2018 (DePaul University, Freshman): Appeared in 86 sets. Norris finished third on the team with 443 total attacks and finished fifth on the team with 131 kills.
Background
Mattie Norris is a Broadcasting major with a minor in Sign Language at Quincy University. Norris is from Alexandria, IN. She is the daughter of Tara and Michael Norris and has three siblings, Katela Lewis (25), Dawson (19), and Tanner (15). As a graduate of Cathedral High School she accumulated a 3.6 GPA and received high academic honors. Norris participated in Philanthropy and the Riley Dance Marathon and went on mission trips to Haiti and the Appalachian Mountains. On the floor, she was a four-year varsity letterman for the Fighting Irish, while winning the 4A volleyball state championship four straight years. In 2015, her team was declared the Volleyball National Champions.
