KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Quincy University women's volleyball team had their five game winning streak ended by Rockhurst on Saturday (Oct. 23). Rockhurst had the edge at home as the Hawks fell in straight sets, 25-21, 25-21, and 27-25.

Quincy's offense was led by Emily Rehagen who ended the game with 16 kills. Emma Wijnbergen recorded 11 kills out of 21 total attacks and finished with a .476 hitting percentage, the highest for the Hawks. 

Makayla Knoblauch played a big part of the offense for Quincy as she tallied 42 total assists in the game. America Galvan collected 21 digs on the defensive side for the Hawks, but Quincy was unable to come from behind. 

Next Game 
Quincy will next play Maryville University at Pepsi Arena on Saturday (Oct. 30) at 3:00 PM. This will be the volleyball team's "Pink Out" game for breat cancer awareness.
