SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - The Quincy University women's volleyball team looked to extend their three-game winning streak at UIS on Friday night but lost in four sets 25-23, 25-11, 25-17, and 25-21.
The Hawks offense was led by Emily Rehagen who had a total of 18 kills. Elizabeth Lightner accumulated the highest hitting percentage for the Hawks with a .273 percentage. She had 10 kills out of 22 attempts with just four errors. Emma Wijnbergen matched Lightner with 10 kills from the outside. On the defensive side, Kailey Owsley led the Hawks with 18 digs and was followed by Makayla Knoblauch who had 15 along with four block assists. Mattie Norris added 15 digs and also contributed seven kills.
