Abby Pulliam scored both of the second half goals for the Hawks to top their GLVC opponent.

The Hawks offense held the early advantage and applied constant pressure on the Flyers defense. Crisp passing from the Hawks led to three shots in the 15th, 16th, and 18th minute. However, the Hawks were unable to grab an early advantage over the Flyers
QU's tenacity paid off in the 23rd minute.
Maddie Bauer bested the Flyers goalkeeper for her first goal of the season to give the Hawks a 1-0 lead.
The Hawks continued to apply pressure to the Flyers defense for the remainder of the first half.
Despite the pressure, the Hawks couldn't find the back of the net and took a 1-0 lead into halftime.
The Hawks extended their lead in the 74th minute of action. A long pass was played forward to striker
Abby Pulliam. Pulliam sprinted by her defender for a breakaway.
Pulliam took advantage of the opportunity and scored her second goal of the season to give the Hawks a 2-0 lead.
The Hawks senior gave the Hawks a two-goal cushion 11 minutes later. In the 85th minute, Pulliam scored again to give the Hawks a comfortable 3-0 lead.
Lewis responded with a goal of their own off a corner kick to cut the Hawks lead to 3-1. The goal came in the 86th minute but the Hawks lead was too much to overcome.
QU held on for a 3-1 win and its fourth win of the season.
