2024-25 (Sophomore): In her sophomore season, Flo's season was highlighted at the beginning of the year, when she had a fifth-place finish in the freshman/sophomore 145 division at the Luther Hill Open, where she won five matches, four by fall and one by tech fall.

2023-24 (Freshman): Flo earned her first career victory in the Luther College Open, where she won three matches and got second place in the 143 division.

Personal: Florida Niyokusenga travels up the Mississippi from St. Louis to compete at Quincy University. The Eureka High School alum was a football manager for the Wildcats. She enjoys reading and dancing in her free time. Flo’s parents are Selina and Philip and she has five siblings—Ariana, Shuku, Hekima, Amina, and Imani.
