Biography
Personal: Reese Van Duyne is from Wilmington, Illinois, and graduated from Wilmington High School, where she was a proud member of the Wildcats. She is the daughter of Megan and Dave Van Duyne and has three siblings: Taylor, Neve, and Dane.
During high school, Reese was actively involved in several student organizations, including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), L.E.A.D Club, Best Buddies, and Interact Club. Athletically, she competed in both volleyball and track and field. Her volleyball team earned titles as Class 2A Regional Champions and Class 2A Conference Champions.
Academically, Reese was recognized as an All-Academic honoree from 2021 to 2024. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, going on runs with her dogs Willie and Boe, and exploring new places.
Her role model is Madison Skinner of the University of Texas. Reese roots for Texas Longhorn Volleyball, Duke University Men's Basketball, Florida State Football, and Joliet Junior College Baseball.
Why QU?
I chose QU because I love how small the campus is and the positive energy that the volleyball team provides. I also love how close the community seems to be.
