Personal: Hailey Gomez is from Alamo, Texas, where she made her mark at PSJA Memorial Early College High School as a dedicated student and competitor for the Wolverines. She is the daughter of Vanessa Ruiz and Arturo Gomez Jr. and grew up alongside her siblings, Leandra Gomez and Arturo Javier Gomez. Excelling academically, Hailey graduated with honors and earned numerous college hours, demonstrating her commitment to both education and athletics.

Athletically, Hailey showcased her versatility by competing in Varsity Volleyball, Powerlifting, and Track and Field. She achieved 6th place at the state level in powerlifting in 2022 and was recognized as a Second-Team honoree in volleyball. Her competitive spirit and dedication helped her excel across multiple sports.

Outside of athletics, Hailey finds joy through drawing and photography. Her favorite athlete is Maddie Skinner, and her favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys.

Why QU?
I chose QU because of the Catholic values, and to be able to move away to somewhere I trust will help me get back and improve my academics, which I believe QU will do.
