Quincy University Hawks

Personal: Ray is from Naperville, Illinois, and attended Oswego High School, where she competed for the Panthers. She is the daughter of April and Kyle Ray and has two siblings, Kora and Koy. Her father, Kyle, played football at the University of Texas at El Paso in 2001 as a member of the WAC.

During her volleyball career, Ray earned 2022 UA Next Volleyball MVP honors and was ranked No. 8 overall in Illinois by Prep Dig Illinois, while also ranking No. 1 at her position as a libero. She was named to the 2023 AVCA Phenom Watch List, PrepVolleyball.com Class of 2026 High School Watchlist, 2023 JVA Watch List powered by Fivestar, and PrepVolleyball.com Club Watchlist.

Ray was also selected for the 2022 USA NTDP Accelerator in the Great Lakes Region, was recognized among the top 70 players in the Class of 2026 in Illinois by Illprepvb.com, and helped her 17 Open team finish third nationally in 2025. She also helped Oswego win regional and sectional championships from her freshman through senior seasons.

Away from the court, Ray enjoys going to the lake with friends, traveling, spending time with her siblings, and being involved in Best Buddies programs near her.
