Biography
2024 (Fifth): In his final season, Shulin saw action in 13 games and made 10 starts, where he had six ground balls and three caused turnovers.Â
2023 (Senior): In his fourth season with the Hawks, Jared appeared in nine games and made nine starts, where he had four ground balls and seven caused turnovers.
2022 (Junior): In 12 games and six starts, Jared picked up nine ground balls and caused turnovers. He scored his first career goal in a 13-3 win over Wheeling (2/13/22).Â
2021 (Sophomore): In his first full season, Shulin appeared and started in all ten games for the Hawks, where he recorded 17 ground balls and caused five turnovers. He made his collegiate debut against Lindenwood (2/6/21), where he recorded his first ground ball. He caused his first turnovers against Maryville (2/27/21).
2020 (Freshman): Did not see action.
Personal:Â Jared Shulin is from San Diego, California, and attended Scripps Ranch High School, where he played for the Falcons. He is the son of Jon and Karina Shulin and has one sibling, Ethan. In 2019, Jared earned 2nd Team All C.I.F. San Diego honors. His high school career included two heartbreaking championship losses by just one goal each time to the same opponent. A fan of Henrik Zetterberg, Jared supports Michigan Wolverines Football, the Detroit Lions, and the Detroit Red Wings.Â
