Personal: Megan Schill is a dedicated student-athlete from Grand Forks, North Dakota, where she represented Grand Forks Central High School and the Knights. Megan is the daughter of Mark and Janna Schill and the sister of Claire and Michael. Her uncle, Dan Schill, played football for the University of North Dakota from 1997 to 2001 and was part of the 2001 Division II National Championship team.

Academically, Megan is an exceptional student. She is a National Merit Finalist, a Presidential Scholar Candidate, and a member of the North Dakota Class A Academic All-State Gold Team. She was also recognized as a North Dakota Scholar. In addition to her academics, Megan has been highly involved in DECA, winning six North Dakota state championships and qualifying for the International Career and Development Conference four times, while also serving as a chapter officer for three years.

In the pool, Megan has been a dominant competitor. She is a two-time All-Eastern Dakota Conference Team selection, a three-time North Dakota High School State Finalist, and was honored with the Grand Forks Central Girls Hardest Worker Award in 2018, 2021, and 2022. She also served as team captain in her junior and senior years. A standout in sprint freestyle events, she holds personal bests of 25.73 in the 50 Free and 55.77 in the 100 Free. Her relay team was crowned EDC 200 Free Relay Champions in 2021.

Beyond academics and athletics, Megan enjoys reading and hammocking in her free time. She looks up to Olympic swimmers Abbey Weitzeil and Bobby Finke as her inspirations.
