2022 (Junior): Did not see action.

2021 (Sophomore): Appeared in 11 games and made one start. She played a total of 249 minutes on the defensive end for the Hawks.

2020 (Freshman): Sophie saw action in six games and made one start, totaling 119 minutes. She made her collegiate debut against Indianapolis (3/14/21), and made her first career start against Drury (4/11/21).

Personal: Shackleton is from Quincy, Illinois, where she graduated from Quincy Senior High School. Shackleton is the daughter of Burt & Jill and is the sixth of eight kids in her family. Her siblings are Sidney Shackleton, Allie Summers, Paige Herzog, Collin Shackleton, Simon Shackleton, Grace Shackleton, and Gavin Shackleton. Three of Shackleton’s relatives have attended QU: Jill Shackleton (mother), Sidney Shackleton (brother), and Mark Tyrpin (uncle). She graduated from Quincy Senior High School with a 4.0 GPA and earned three varsity letters in soccer, along with running cross country.

Why QU?
I chose Quincy University because it is in my hometown and has a great Pre-med/science program.
