2019 (Freshman): Started all 17 games during her freshman season and played 1333 miniutes. Tallied one assist and three shots on goal.
Background:
Porchia is from St. Charles, Mo and is a Pre-med & biological sciences major at Quincy University. Porchia is the daughter of Renel and Katie and has one younger sibling, Amya (12). Porchia’s mom played volleyball at Lindenwood, and her uncle Kevin Thibodeau played soccer at SIUE. Porchia graduated from Francis Howell with a 3.8 GPA and was a member of the student council and HOSA science and medical club. Porchia was also named to the honor roll all four years and was a member of the National Honor Society. Porchia has given back to the community volunteering at SPENSA, which provides youth soccer to children with special needs. Porchia played in the Vikings program under Brady Demling and earned four varsity letters. The midfielder was the captain for Vikings in 2019 when they won a district title while she earned her way to second team All Conference recognition.
