Quincy University Hawks

Personal: Eileen Hosty comes to Quincy University from Evergreen Park, Illinois, where she competed for the Marist High School RedHawks. The daughter of Kathy and Tom Hannah, she has two brothers, Tommy and Emmett, along with a sister, Hannah, who plays volleyball at Truman State. Eileen also has strong QU ties through her uncles, Tim and Tommy Berry, both proud graduates of the university. At Marist, she was a standout on the cross country team, serving as team captain, while excelling academically as a member of the National Honor Society, honor roll, and drama list. Outside of athletics, she enjoys following her favorite athletes, Josh Allen and Gabby Thomas, and cheering for the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bears, and Buffalo Bills.

Why QU?
I chose QU because of the community, opportunities, and how close everyone is at the school. Everyone on the team is so close and has great relationships with one another.
