Kyle Egan embarks on his second season at the helm of the Hawks in 2024 after using the 2023-2024 season to rebrand the face of Quincy University Bowling.
This is Egan's first collegiate coaching job after his graduation from Wichita State University, where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management and a Minor in Esports Management. He was a five-year member of the Shockers bowling program. Egan also helped the WSU head coaches and director of bowling with recruiting and budgeting plans while he was an intern.
Egan spent his first season with the Hawks building upon the success of the men's bowling program. The Hawks finished in the Top 5 teams on five different occasions and finished in the top half of competition in 10 of 13 tournaments. Quincy finished three places above their 2023 season finish at the USBC Sectional Tournament and added 200 pins to their 2023 final score in 2024. The women's bowling team finished 6th in the GLVC Tournament.
Egan was an Intercollegiate Team National Champion in 2021. During his 2022 season, Egan was the PBA
World Series of Bowling Collegiate Invitational Champion.
