2025 (Junior): In five matches and nine total sets, Ryne recorded nine kills, two service aces, two digs, and one block for a total of 11.5 points. He recorded eight kills and two digs against Rockhurst (4/1/25).

2024 (Sophomore): As a sophomore, Jacobsen appeared in 17 sets across 10 matches. Ryne had two service aces on the season, both coming in games against Maryville (3/8/24 and 3/26/24).

2023 (Freshman): In his first season with the Hawks, Ryne saw action in 20 matches, totaling 37 sets, where he had five kills, one assist, three service aces, seven digs, and two blocks. He made his collegiate debut against King (1/19/23) and recorded his first kill in a win over St. Ambrose (2/4/23).

Personal: Ryne Jacobsen is from Chicago, Illinois, and attended St. Rita of Cascia High School, where he played for the Mustangs. He is the son of Rob and Kim Jacobsen and has a sister, Kira. A multi-sport athlete, Jacobsen served as team captain for boys volleyball and was a two-time team captain in soccer. He helped lead the volleyball program to three CCL Blue Conference Championships during his career.
Outside of athletics, Jacobsen enjoys playing video games, practicing yoga, and working out. His favorite athletes include Matthew Anderson, Michael Jordan, and Michael Phelps. He is a fan of the Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, and JTEKT Stings.
