Biography

2025-26 (Junior): Eftink made an immediate impact during her first season with the Hawks, serving as Quincy’s true shooting guard. She appeared in all 28 games with 27 starts, averaging 8.0 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 0.9 steals across 24.4 minutes per game.

Eftink shot 41.5 percent from the field, 37.2 percent from three-point range, and 72.1 percent from the free throw line. She led the Hawks in both made and attempted three-pointers, knocking down 48 triples on 129 attempts. Eftink made her Quincy debut against Cedarville (11/14/25), scoring five points, and finished the season with seven games in double figures, including a season-high 16 points twice.

2024-25 (Sophomore at JWCC): Eftink started all 28 games for the Blazers during her sophomore season, leading the team with 19.3 points per game while also averaging 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists.

She scored in double figures in all but two games and topped 20 points 13 times, highlighted by a season-high 36 points against St. Louis Community College (12/10/25). That same game, she recorded the first double-double of her career with 11 rebounds. She also knocked down 92 three-pointers while shooting 36.2 percent from beyond the arc.

2023-24 (Freshman at JWCC): Appeared in four games, averaging 6.3 points, 0.8 rebounds, and 0.3 assists. Made her collegiate debut against Lewis & Clark Community College (2/28/24), scoring 10 points.

Personal: Blair Eftink is from Quincy, Illinois, and attended Quincy Notre Dame High School before spending two years at John Wood Community College. She is the daughter of Chad and Julie Eftink and has one sibling, Beau. During her time at QND, Blair was part of a successful program that captured a Class 2A State Championship and also earned a third-place finish at state.
