Quincy University Hawks

2026 (Junior): Fenyvesi served as one of the Hawks’ primary hitters during his junior season, starting all 21 matches and appearing in 69 sets. He led the team with 188 kills and 229.0 points, averaging 2.72 kills and 3.32 points per set. He also hit .249 while adding 16 assists and tying for the team lead with 25 service aces.

Fenyvesi contributed defensively with 70 digs, 27 total blocks, and a strong .974 reception percentage on 343 successful receptions in 352 attempts. He recorded nine matches with double-digit kills, highlighted by a season-high 18 kills on a .333 hitting percentage against Missouri S&T (4/10/26).

2025 (Sophomore): In his second season with the Hawks, Fenyvesi appeared in 23 matches and 78 total sets. He was second on the team in kills with 181 (2.32 K/S). He also had 14 assists, 15 service aces, 28 total blocks, and was third on the team with 101 digs (1.29 D/S). He recorded a season-high 16 kills in a win over Queens (2/4/25) and had a season-high 13 digs against Loyola Chicago (2/22/25).

2024 (Freshman): Saw action in 12 games, for a total of 19 sets, where he had 11 kills, one assist, four service aces, seven digs, and four blocks, for a total of 17.5 points. He made his collegiate debut, appearing in a set against Central State (1/17/24). Baranabas recorded his first kills against Missouri S&T (1/30/24).

Personal: Fenyvesi is from Kaposvar, Hungary, where he attended Munkacsy Mihaly Gimnazium. Barnabas is the son of István and Tünde Fenyvesi and the brother of Fanni and Zorka.
